DCH is one of the leaders in the automobile dealership and distribution market in Mainland China, with 91 4S stores and 29 showrooms, and more than 20 diversified car brands across 13 provinces and cities. In addition to the dealership business, we also provide automotive services including maintenance, leasing, financing, parts sales, auto insurance agency and used car sales.

With the continuous expansion of the scale of the automobile business, financial management methods need to be adapted to the times and transformed accordingly, and the main problems faced are:
1. Accounting according to regional brands, streamlining the process
DCH has 6 regions in mainland China, several car brands, more than 140 branches, and more than 500 financial personnel.
2. Unified accounting caliber
The financial systems used by 4S stores in each region are different, which brings difficulties and challenges to the consistency of accounting caliber and report caliber.
3. Multi-service system integration
Each brand has a DMS system required by the automobile manufacturer for the management of car inbound and outbound, the maintenance system of the car and the boutique sales system, because it also involves the car rental business, so there is also a car rental system, how to solve the integration of these business systems with the financial system, to achieve the integration of industry and finance, and to report to the headquarters financial system for timely accounting analysis, resulting in urgent problems to be solved.

Due to the continuous expansion of business scale, the group’s subsidiaries use different financial and business systems, which brings challenges to the accounting and reporting caliber, and the enterprise urgently transforms, from the transformation of data from “remittance, storage, and management” to “communication, use, and enjoyment”, so that data becomes a core asset, empowers enterprises, and creates an integrated platform for industry and finance:
1. Support the integration of channel business systems with data center coverage and extension to achieve the integration of industry and finance
a) The accounting caliber is unified and controllable
The group specifies a unified standard business form of account system, and each business unit can only refer to it and cannot be modified, thus unifying the financial policy and financial accounting caliber, and facilitating the group to control the financial status of each 4S store.
b) Data standardization
The financial system can directly read the data stored in the China Construction database by the business system, and realize the docking between the NC financial system and the headquarters financial system.
c) Integration of business and finance
You can check the current aging and financial statements of each 4S store in each region at any time in the headquarters financial system to guide subordinate enterprises to avoid financial risks.
Replace all data related to business processes to the new data platform, such as contracts from multiple channels, including car rental business and boutique sales business, which can rely on this platform to achieve centralized data management.
2. Support multi-brand and multi-channel business development through the sharing of omni-channel financial resources of enterprises:
a) 4S store centralized business model: centralized accounting and centralized reporting
Unified financial policies and accounting systems, and the group designates documents to handle resources. Thus, the financial staff is streamlined.
b) Data center: interconnection and interoperability of independent systems
Build a unified data intermediate database, store business documents of each business system, read by financial systems, and break down barriers between alternating systems.
c) After the 4S store DMS system collects the sales payment, the sales order and bill are passed to the intermediate warehouse, and the system reads the point of sale documents from the intermediate warehouse, generates receivables and receipts, and then generates financial vouchers from the receivables and receipts; After the system accounting is completed, the aging analysis table and other management reports are transmitted to the intermediate database, and the headquarters system reads the report data from the intermediate database to complete the filling and reporting of the group statements.
