background

Expanding the market externally and reducing costs internally is an eternal theme of business operations, and this issue is important and urgent, especially for China’s traditional manufacturing industry, which has entered the era of low profits. Competing with the market, seeking benefits from management, and promoting a benign reduction in costs is not only the only way for the sustainable development of most enterprises, but also the foundation for Randy Shoes to win competitive profits. International operations and complex environments, especially in complex and volatile Africa. Therefore, Randy Shoes faces three major pain points:

  • Management: Landi has factories in China and African countries. Due to the differences in culture, system, language, and business environment in various regions of Africa, companies are unable to manage and plan uniformly at the group level.
  • Overseas business managers: Although the company’s management is mainly guided by the Chinese team, most of the grassroots employees are local Africans. However, due to the influence of various factors such as cultural education and management concepts, daily management and localized tutoring work have become challenging.
  • Informatization: The level and capabilities of informatization in Africa and China are very different, and enterprises do not have the ability to build localized IT systems, and the above-mentioned group management and operation problems cannot be improved with the help of information systems. To this end, Lishui Landi Shoes has clarified the goal of “going to the cloud” and achieved rapid start-up and rapid optimization through cloud services.

Solution

In view of Yonyou’s new generation of cloud-native enterprise service YonSuite – online global operation, online multi-organization collaboration, online integrated services, one-stop operation services, as well as the characteristics of flexible matching and rapid launch, Landi does not need to build its own IT hardware infrastructure at all to achieve the original intention of global online management and accounting centralization.

The scope of the first phase of the project covers domestic factories, involving modules such as general ledger, payables, fixed assets, inventory accounting, financial statements, procurement and sales inventory. At the same time, combined with the current management demands of Landi Shoes in Africa, a global organizational structure with Lishui as the hub is built to realize domestic and foreign business collaborative processes, and realize accounting for financial multi-company and multi-account books.

YonSuite’s concept of automated finance and intelligent accounting has been well validated at Randy. For each business that occurs in business receipt and payment, inventory changes, production material control, and cash turnover, the system will automatically generate financial accounting vouchers, and the business vouchers and accounting correspond to each other, automatically triggering accounting, billing, and monthly settlement. With Landy’s domestic factory and overseas financial personnel wearing multiple hats, YonSuite greatly reduces the manual workload of financial accounting. After the financial personnel and Yonyou Company sort out the company’s business, after comparing and designing with the accounting vouchers, everything is handed over to the system to handle, so as to liberate the basic work of financial personnel to audit, reconcile and inventory, so that they can release more energy to on-site management work.
