Haidilao has 43 positions in a store, and there are more than 20 different categories for vacation alone, and the intersection between systems is extremely complex. In the past, it was inevitable that there would be problems with the implementation of the system. How to ensure employees’ monthly fixed leave? How can I calculate my salary quickly? How to let employees get the various subsidies they deserve? A series of problems have been plaguing Haidilao.
Solution
The UF system adopts a cloud-center-platform architecture and is integrated with the Haidilao personnel file management system. On top of the main data layer, there is the basic data layer, which obtains business data from Haidilao’s current ordering and cashier system, and obtains clock-in and clock-out records from the attendance system, etc., which are used for the calculation of the upper-level application system to achieve seamless connection between the middle office and the front end.
Taking salary calculation as an example, before the system was launched, employees collected data and filled in the documents themselves, and then manually entered them by clerks, which was not only inefficient, error-proof, but also difficult for company supervision. After the new system was launched, it was automatically calculated by connecting with the attendance system and ordering system. Originally, clerks who specialized in salaries in stores had to calculate 10 days, but now a skilled clerk can complete it in 2 hours every month. And you can check yesterday’s salary the next morning, which is fast and accurate.
Another example is that when an employee resigns, the application is submitted on the mobile phone, and the system automatically calculates the salary result, which can achieve “automatic resignation in 24 seconds, automatic settlement before midnight the next day”. Through automatic job scheduling, automatic job topping, automatic job filling and other systems, automatic and rapid job allocation is realized, reducing human shortage in the process, so as to build a fair and just environment.

After its launch, it plugged the loopholes in human resource management funds for Haidilao, which can save 1,000 personnel costs for Haidilao every month. At the same time, the rights and interests of every waiter in Haidilao are effectively protected.
